my phone is in recovery mode but I tried hard reset and reset from iTunes on windows and mac. but didn't work. plz help

You tried a hard reset or you tried doing a restore? Basically once your phone goes into recovery mode you have to plug it into a computer with iTunes installed and restore it.
I tried both but doesn't work still in recovery
I am having the same issue. I keep receiving a message that says an error occured and the phone can not be restored.
Me too it gives me error 9
I just received error code 56, but I've tried several times and the error code number has changed with each attempt. It doesn't look like I'm going to be able to fix it myself. Taking it to the Apple Store tomorrow.
